Q1: What are the dates and times for the Sunshine Division events?

A1:

  • - Sunshine Under the Stars Casino Night: Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 5:00 pm at the Sunshine Division Fulfillment Center in Wilsonville, OR.

  • - Sunshine Classic Golf Tournament: Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 11:00 am at The Reserve Vineyard and Golf Club, with tee-off at 12:30 pm.

Q2: When is the guest registration deadline?

A2: Guest registration is due by Monday, August 30, 2024. Please use your RSVP link or email Development Coordinator, Meghan Cozens, at meghanc@sunshinedivision.org.

Q3: How can I set up mobile bidding for the events?

A3: As we get closer the the event, we will update you with instructions for downloading the app to you can arrive ready play! Please visit our EVENT PAGE to get registered for mobile bidding. You will need this to be able to bid, purchase raffle tickets, game play enhancements, and more!

Q4: What should I do if I need club rentals for the golf tournament?

A4: If you need club rentals, please email Events & Development Coordinator Daisha Wilby at daisha@sunshinedivision.org by Monday, August 30, 2024, specifying whether you need left/right-handed and men's/women's clubs.

Q5: What casino games will be available at the Sunshine Under the Stars Casino Night?

A5: The casino night will feature:

  • 1 Craps table

  • 2 Texas Hold’em tables

  • 2 Roulette tables

  • 10 Blackjack tables

Q6: How can I use and purchase funny money at the casino night?

A6: Funny money can be used to play any of the casino games. Additional funny money can be purchased at the event from booths or mobile sellers. At the end of the night, funny money can be exchanged for prize tickets.

Q7: What are the player enhancers available for the golf tournament?

A7: Player enhancers include:

  • Yard of String: Use a yard of string to improve your position.

  • Bubba Watson Drive: Start 350 yards out in the middle of the fairway on a particular hole.

  • Mulligan: Redo one shot that didn't go as planned.

  • Sunshine Package: Includes all three enhancers.

Q8: How will the raffle and silent auction work?

A8: Raffle tickets can be purchased for $100 each, and the drawing will take place after the golf tournament. The silent auction can be participated in via your mobile device during the gaming hours. Winners will be notified and can collect their prizes at the Will-Call table.

Q9: What is the dress code for the events?

A9:

  • Sunshine Classic: Collared shirts are required. Hard-spiked shoes and denim are prohibited.

  • Sunshine Under the Stars: You are welcome to stay comfortable with smart casual attire or fully embrace the occasion in your favorite high roller glam fit. While we have done our best to create a safe and enjoyable experience for you at Casino Night, please remember that this event is being held in our warehouse. We recommend opting for flat, closed-toe footwear. Whether you’re coming straight from work or dressing up for the evening, we can't wait to see you there!

Q10: How do I request ADA accommodations or dietary restrictions?

A10: Submit your requests to the Director of Development, Dana Kinney, at dana@sunshinedivision.org by Friday, September 4, 2024, at 5:00 pm.

Q11: What is the parking situation for the events?

A11: Both events offer ample parking in designated lots. Ride-sharing and carpooling are encouraged for safety and convenience.

Q12: What will be the food options at the events?

A12:

  • Sunshine Under the Stars: Casino night will feature catered food and a hosted bar.

  • Sunshine Classic Tournament: Boxed lunches (choice of Turkey and Cheddar or Roast Beef and Provolone) and a Hawaiian buffet dinner.
